Read the following:-

1. P. Universities Act, 1991 (Act No.4 of 1991) amended from time to time.
2. Jawaharlal Nehru Technological Universities Act, 2008 (Act No.30 of 2008)
3. Sri Padmavathi Mahila Viswavidyalayam (Women's University) Act, 1983 (A.P. Act No.16 of 1983)
4. Dravidian University Act, 1997 (Act No.17 of 1997)
5. YSR Architecture & Fine Arts University Act, 2008 (Act No.31 of 2008)
6. Abdul Haq Urdu University Act, 2016 (A.P Act No.13 of 2016)

ORDER:-

In view of the acceptance of the resignations tendered by the present Vice-Chancellors of the following Universities, in exercise of the powers conferred under Section 12(3) of A.P. Universities Act, 1991 (Act No.4 of 1991), SCHEDULE-1 of the Jawaharlal Nehru Technological Universities Act, 2008 (Act No.30 of 2008); STATUTE 1 Section 26(1) of Sri Padmavathi Mahila Viswavidyalayam (Women's University) Act, 1983 (A.P Act No.16 of 1983), Statute-1 of Dravidian University Act 1987 (Act No.17 of 1997); SCHEDULE of Dr. YSR Architecture & Fine Arts University Act, 2008 (Act No.31 of 2008); and Section 11(10) of Dr. Abdul Haq Urdu University Act, 2016 (A.P Act No.13 of 2016), Government hereby made the following In-charge arrangements to the post of Vice-Chancellor to the respective Universities until further orders:-
