NIDHI App is User-friendly app designed for all Andhra Pradesh state government employees. This app has a provision that, an employee can get his/her information through the services designed as per employee data. At present services provided like, Pay slip, APGLI, CPS Contribution Dash Board Employee services. Employee can view pay slip and they can download the pay slip. Employee can check APGLI Fresh/enhanced policy status, loan status and refund status. Employee can view the profile.
NIDHI Login:
Login to the APP by providing CFMS ID and Password. Thereafter, will get OTP to your registered mobile number and enter to proceed login.
Employee Payslip:
Employee can download their individual payslips through this service.
APGLI:
Provisioned services like loan status, refund status, proposal fresher/enhance status for employee loans.

School Attendance (SIMS-AP) School Attendance will have Teacher Attendance, Leave Management and Student Attendance. Head Master will enroll teacher by taking photos in the school campus. Once Registered, teacher can mark the attendance in the school campus. Teacher can apply for leave, leave on duty, Deputation and approval flow for each type of leave. Class teacher will mark the student attendance. Head master of the respective school will modify if any corrections in student attendance or approve the attendance.

IMMS App Latest Version Mid Day Meal Scheme was launched by the Government of India which helps poor pupils from rural and urban areas and resolves issues of lack of nutrition, food security and access to Education. IMMS mobile application is meant for effective monitoring of daily and monthly mid-day meal data to be updated by the schools through mobile application. The Mobile application once installed on android device, need Internet to send MDM figures as MDM in charge has option to send the daily attendance against meals consumed pupil count figures through the app. This simplifies the job of MDM in-charge, who just has to enter his login credentials in app to feed the data. The higher authorities at Block, District and State level have a very simple web portal for effective and efficient monitoring of daily as well as monthly data transmission by all the schools falling under their jurisdiction. The authorities would analyze the attendance data for calculating food grain allocation to schools. This system introduces transparency in food delivery and utilization mechanism by completely eliminating ghost students/teachers.

Andhra Pradesh government has decided to start Student Kit Scheme 2024-25 for students. Under this scheme the state government will provide education kits to government school students. The government is launching this scheme so that the students of govt. schools can easily focus on their studies.
How to download, install, login, Distribute kit through biometric Student Kit Mobile Application
- The items delivered by the supplier at Mandal Stock Point shall be counted by the Mandal teams and ensure the quantity and quality of the items.
- If any shortage of items at the time of counting is noticed, the same should.be immediately informed to the concerned supplier through official e-mail. duly extending a copy to the District Educational Officer/Additional Project Coordinator and State Project Director.
- The Mandal team should ensure the quality of the items at the time of verification at Mandal Stock Point. If any damaged/ under quality/ Mismatch items are found supplied by the vendor, such items should be kept aside and informed to the supplier immediately through official e-mail and such items should be returned to the supplier. The supplier should be requested by the Mandal Educational Officer concerned to replace the above under quality/damaged/Mismatch items with new items immediately.
- Acknowledgement should be given to the supplier only for the items that are received in good condition and in good quality. Under quality items/Damaged items/ Mismatch items should be rejected at the level of Mandal Educational Officer only. Such unqualified items should not be supplied to Schools and Students.
- Proper accounts should be maintained by the District Educational Officer/Additional Project Coordinator/ Deputy Educational Officer/Mandal Educational Officer/Head Master regarding the receiving's, distribution shortages, damages, mismatch, replacement. The concerned Regional Joint Directors/ District Educational Officers /Additional Project Coordinators / Community Mobilization Officers should take the responsibility of quality receiving's and supplies to students for entire end to end monitoring.

AP School Infrastructure improvement App AP Government School Infrastructure Improvement Program is to strengthen the infrastructure and transform the existing infrastructure of the schools in the mission mode in a phased manner following 9 infrastructure components have been taken up. (1) Toilets with running water (ii)) Drinking water supply (iii) Major and minor repairs (iv) Electrification with fans and tube lights (v) Furniture for students and staff (vi) Green chalk boards (vii) Painting to schools (vili) English labs and (ix) Compound walls.
The project covers total 44,512 schools, including residential schools, run by all managements, viz., School Education, Panchayat Raj, Municipal Administration, Social Welfare, BC Welfare, Tribal Welfare, Minority Welfare, Juvenile Welfare and Fisheries Departments. In the Phase-I, 15715 schools have be taken up through the Government implementing agencies - Panchayat Raj Engineering Dept, AP Samagra Shiksha Society, APEWIDC, Municipal & Public Health Engineering Department and Tribal welfare Engineering Department.
