ORDER:

The following transfers and postings of IAS Officers are ordered with immediate effect:-

• Sri Ch. Sridhar, IAS (2006), who is waiting for posting is posted as Commissioner, Minorities Welfare. The Member of Service is placed in full additional charge of the post of VC & MD Minorities Finance Corporation until further orders.
• Sri M.V. Seshagiri Babu, IAS (2006), Commissioner, Labour is transferred and posted as Inspector General, Stamps & Registrations vice Sri V. Ramakrishna, IRS,
• Smt G. Rekha Rani, IAS (2008), Secretary to Government, Public Enterprises Department is transferred and posted as Commissioner, Handlooms & Textiles
• Sri Chevvuru Hari Kiran, IAS (2009), who is waiting for posting is posted as, Director, Public Health and Family welfare. The Member of Service is also placed in full additional charge of the post of M.D. National Health Mission until further orders.
• The services of Sri G. Veerapandian, IAS (2009), V.C & M.D., A.P. Civil Supplies Corporation Ltd., are withdrawn from Consumer Affairs, Food & Civil Supplies Department and placed at the disposal of Panchayat Raj & Rural Development Department for posting him as Chief Executive Officer, Society for Elimination of Rural Poverty (SERP).
• Sri M. Harinarayanan, IAS (2011), who is waiting for posting is posted as Director, Municipal Administration.
• Sri Lathkar Srikesh Balaji Rao, IAS (2011), who is waiting for posting is posted as Director, Survey, Settlement & Land Records.
• Dr Mallikarjuna. A., IAS (2012), who is waiting for posting is posted as Director, BC The Member of Service is placed in full additional charge of the post of V.C & M.D, Backward Classes Cooperative Finance Corporation, until further orders.
• The services of Sri Prasanna Venkatesh. V., IAS (2012) who is waiting for posting
  are placed at the disposal of Social Welfare Department for posting him as Secretary, P. Social Welfare Residential Educational Institutions Society (APSWREIS).
• The services of Sri Girisha. P.S, IAS (2012), Managing Director, AP State Housing Corporation Ltd are withdrawn from Housing Department and placed at the disposal of Consumer Affairs, Food & Civil Supplies Department for posting him as V.C & M.D., A.P. Civil Supplies Corporation Ltd.
• The services of Dr Manazir Jeelani Samoon, IAS (2012), who is waiting for posting are placed at the disposal of Agriculture & Cooperation Department for posting him as Managing Director, AP MARKFED vice Sri G. Sekhar Babu, IFS (2013) transferred. The Member of Service is placed in full additional charge of the post of V.C & M.D, Sports Authority of Andhra Pradesh (SAAP), until further orders.
• Smt Kritika Shukla, IAS (2013), who is waiting for posting is posted as Director, Intermediate Education duly relieving Smt Nidhi Meena, IAS (2019) from full additional The Member of Service is placed in full additional charge of the post of Secretary, Board of Intermediate Education, and Director, Adult Education, until further orders.
• The services of Sri Pattanshetti Ravi Subash, IAS (2013), who is waiting for posting are placed at the disposal of Energy Department for posting him as Chairman & Managing Director, CPDCL.
• The services of Sri Lakshisha. G., IAS (2013), Chief Executive Officer, NTR Vaidya Seva are placed at the disposal of Health, Medical & Family Welfare Department for posting him as M.D., Andhra Pradesh Medical Services & Infrastructure Development Corporation (APMSIDC).
