Notification

In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 7 of Andhra Pradesh Educational Institutions (Regulation of Admissions and Prohibition of Capitation Fee) Act, 1983 (Act No.5 of 1983), the Government hereby notify the minimum tentative fee of Rs.43,000/- for B.Tech and B.Arch Engineering Programmes, offered by the Private Un-Aided Professional Higher Education Institutions (Engineering Colleges) in the state of Andhra Pradesh for Academic Year (AY) 2024-25 subject to outcome of Writ Appeals pending before the Hon'ble High Court, instead of Rs.40,000/- as already notified vide ( G.O.Ms.No.17, Higher Education (R.M) Department, dated: 07.07.2024, (2) G.O.Ms.No.18, Higher Education(R.M) Department, dated: 10.07.2024, and (3) G.O.Ms.No.21, Higher Education (R.M) Department, dated: 16.07.2024. Accordingly, the figureRs.40000/- wherever appears in the said GOs Shall be read as Rs.43000/-
